we separate the children are given a judge?
Florida divorce. We both want custody. we are willing to stay in the same city for children (four sons, 5, 5, 2, 7 months). children are too young to give an opinion, but we decided that two-way alumni to stay with me , and she had to take the youngest two with her new boyfriend. we plan to get new apartments in the same community to make things even easier. she decided me, I could be a jerk and ask for sole custody and do in cases of adultery. we both have custody and what appears to be financially easier for them. We in the lower class. children begin kindergarten so they are in school most of the time, but the weekend and basically whenever they want can see the other parent. judge be allowed to agree? They said that if the parents agree to a judge usually does not intervene. I do not want your opinion on the separation of children, I want to know what a judge.
I saw many children parents split .. Judges normally parenting plan for parents instead, if accepted by both parties … This is accepted by both and should therefore be no problem what-so-ever …..:)
