first i would talk to your guidance councilor in school they can help you a lot with different classes you can take in school and work study program where you go to a daycare during school and get credits and some times paid for it too and with that they can all lead you in the right direction

How do you check a child care licensing number?

Depends on your state. Try googling “(Your state) department of social services” or “(Your state) child care licensing” If this is an in home daycare, there may not be a license bc often for less than 6 kids its not required.
If u are in doubt about a private sitter, u can have them fingerprinted in your local sheriff’s office but remember it may only be for your state.
